Job summary

Eaton in Youngsville, NC is seeking an International Shipping Coordinator to manage data entry for shipping/receiving orders and coordinate with customers to resolve invoicing and inventory issues in the warehouse.

In this role, you will schedule transportation for truckload and LTL shipments, ensure document accuracy, and act as SAP system expert while supporting EH&S and 5S+ practices on the floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years experience in a logistics or warehouse environment including order selection, packing, and receiving processes
• High School Diploma or GED required from an accredited educational institution

Responsibilities

• Enter data for shipping/receiving orders and resolve invoicing issues with customers
• Schedule transportation for truckload and LTL shipments
• Ensure the accuracy of transaction documents for inbound/outbound materials
• Operate and maintain forklift; perform 5S+ housekeeping on the floor
• Adhere to EH&S rules and drive process improvements
