Job summary

Exalta Group in Kenosha, WI is seeking a Shipping Receiving Coordinator (1st shift) to manage inbound/outbound shipments, subcontract purchase orders, and related documentation to ensure accurate material flow and on-time delivery.

The role supports production, supply chain, logistics, and packaging teams, maintains ERP records, coordinates carriers, and upholds GMP/ISO13485 and FDA guidelines. Strong organizational skills and experience with ERP systems are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or inventory control in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency with shipping/receiving procedures and related documentation.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820, and GMP compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Create subcontract purchase orders using supplier quotes with accurate pricing and details.
• Coordinate subcontract shipments and track returns to ensure timely processing.
• Prepare and process customer shipments, including all required documentation and labeling.
• Schedule pickups and manage freight carriers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with logistics and packaging teams to prioritize daily shipments.
• Maintain accurate transaction records in the ERP system for all shipments, receipts, and inventory movements.
