Job summary

Amcor in Kenosha, Wisconsin is seeking a logistics-focused professional to improve production planning, inventory control, customer service and shipping. You will partner with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Warehouse teams to ensure safe, high-quality containers are delivered on time.

Key duties include coordinating domestic and international shipments, maintaining ERP data and cycle counts, supporting procurement and inventory builds, and assisting with audits and GMP/HACCP/IFS PacSecure

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 3 years experience in Warehouse, Materials, and/or Inventory controls in a manufacturing environment.
• Forklift Operation experience.
• Good computer skills using Microsoft Office, Outlook, SAP and ERP system.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business materials.
• Effective teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Ability to present information in group environments.
• Good mathematical abilities such as probability and statistics.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling for domestic and international shipments with carriers and monitor shipment scheduling system.
• Accurately complete and maintain all shipping and receiving documentation and reports.
• Provide assistance with inventory control through cycle counting, production scheduling, and warehousing.
• Goods Receipts of parts and services in SAP / Ariba.
• Perform regular monitoring and verification of ERP data base for invoice reconciliation and reporting.
• Assist with compliance of all company policies including continuous improvement.
• Assist with audit preparations and compliance for GMP/HACCP and IFS PacSecure.
• Maintain Document Control records for SOPs, WI, and FCDs.
