Job summary

Exalta Group in Bonita Springs, FL is seeking a Shipping Receiving Coordinator to manage the daily movement of incoming materials and outgoing shipments, verify quantities and documents, and ensure ERP records are accurate.

The role requires manufacturing or warehouse experience, forklift certification, ability to read purchase orders and packing slips, strong counting and communication skills, and collaboration with Planning, Purchasing, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain leadership.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience.
• Experience in medical device or ISO/FDA-regulated environments preferred.
• Experience completing shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions in an ERP system.
• Ability to read purchase orders, packing slips, work orders, part numbers, labels, and shipping documents.
• Forklift certification preferred or able to obtain during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer shipments; coordinate with carriers and confirm shipments.
• Receive raw materials and other production items; verify quantities and purchase orders.
• Move material through ERP and ensure accurate lot/serial information where required.
• Stage materials to correct locations; assist with cycle counts and inventory discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Planning, Purchasing, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain leadership to resolve issues.
• Maintain shipping/receiving records and monitor supplies; ensure readiness for audits.
