Job summary

EXALTA is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to manage inbound and outbound shipments, subcontract POs, and related documentation to support production and inventory control. This role reports to the Supply Chain Manager in our Kenosha, WI facility.

Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, processing customer orders, maintaining ERP records, and ensuring GMP/ISO compliance. Strong attention to detail and independent work style are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of logistics, warehouse operations, or inventory control in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with M2M ERP (or similar manufacturing ERP systems).
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820 and GMP compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Create subcontract purchase orders using supplier quotes with accurate pricing and details.
• Coordinate subcontract shipments and track returns to ensure timely processing.
• Prepare and process customer shipments, including documentation and labeling.
• Schedule pickups and manage freight carriers to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Collaborate with logistics and packaging teams to prioritize daily shipments.
• Receive incoming subcontract orders, materials, supplies, and customer returns.
• Verify quantities, part numbers, and quality against packing lists and POs.
• Maintain accurate ERP transaction records for shipments, receipts, and inventory movements.
• Support periodic cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
