Job summary

Biagi Bros Inc. is seeking a warehouse shipping/receiving coordinator to ensure accurate processing of inbound and outbound freight. You will direct loads to correct docks, coordinate with forklift operators, and communicate issues to customers and internal teams.

A strong eye for detail and data entry skills are essential. Responsibilities include maintaining shipping and receiving documents, updating the system, and tracking multiple daily reports.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of warehouse procedures.
• Basic computer skills including Excel, Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Inbound/Outbound Freight: check in loads, direct to correct dock, communicate issues and prioritize deliveries.
• Safety: ensure OSHA standards and facility rules are understood by truck drivers.
• Documentation: ensure accuracy of receiving/shipping documents and maintain data records.
• Other Duties: provide load information to internal customers and maintain multiple daily reports.
