Job summary

Biagi Bros Inc. in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to manage inbound and outbound freight, check in loads by appointment, and direct them to the correct dock with forklift coordination.

You will ensure accurate shipping and receiving documents, communicate issues to customers and internal teams, maintain records, and support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of warehouse procedures
• Basic computer skills including Excel, Microsoft Office and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Check in all loads by appointment times and direct to correct dock.
• Communicate load shortages, damages, variances, or returns to internal and external customers.
• Organize preload orders by delivery time and date.
• Coordinate with Repack team and advise of product needs from repack lines.
• Track, enter, and keep up with multiple reports/logs daily.
• Ensure accuracy of receiving/shipping documents and related data.
