Job description
Responsibilities
- Prepare shipping documents for Outbound loads
- Schedule appointments for all Outbound loads and monitor Inbound load appointments
- Responsible for the daily pallet and shipping reports
- Accurately input a high volume of receiving document data into the computer
- Communicate efficiently and concisely over the phone, in person and through e-mail to various contacts within our network
- Communicate with the truck drivers and warehouse through the intercom and paging system
- File daily invoices and other documents
- Other duties as required to support the warehouse and the office
