• Prepare and maintain records of items shipped.
• Post weights and shipping charges and prepare goods for shipment.
• Perform shipping and receiving functions and transactions.
• Maintain accurate shipping information and ensure timely updates to order management.
• Process sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Communicate through email and Microsoft Teams and provide customer service.
• Support distribution and warehouse activities as required.
