Talentify is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk II at our San Juan Capistrano facility to join a safety-conscious team in a fast-paced logistics environment. This onsite contract role covers receiving, packing, and shipping duties, requiring reliable communication and adherence to work instructions.

You will operate forklift/pallet jacks when needed, perform counts and labeling, and assist in inventory control while sustaining a clean, organized workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Perform tasks in receiving, pick, pack, and shipping operations.
• Receiving, pallet and box breakdown, storage, or flow racks, line initiation, pre-packaging and counting, material transfers, inventory, picking and packing, labeling, pallet preparation, loading trucks.
• Offline filling of orders and labeling.
• Safe operation of material handling equipment such as forklift or pallet jacks.
• Moving/lifting and general cleanup.
• Comply with work instructions and safety policies.
• Work and communicate effectively in a team environment.

Contract Details

• Position Type: Contract
• Contract Duration: 5 months
• Pay Rate: $27.22 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM PST
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Job Summary

This role supports the receiving, pick, pack, and shipping operations of the Western regional client supply fulfillment center. The position requires the ability to work and communicate effectively in a team environment while complying with work instructions and corporate policies, including safety and material management.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform any or all tasks associated with the receiving, pick, pack, and shipping operations of the Western regional client supply fulfillment center
• Receiving, pallet and box breakdown (with cutting tools), material put away into storage or flow racks, box build, initiating orders on the line, pre-packaging and counting, material transfers, physical inventory, item picking and proper placement, packing with air pillows and tape guns, shipping and affixing labels, pallet preparation, loading trucks, and filling/confirming orders
• Offline filling of orders and labeling
• Safe operation of material handling equipment such as forklift or pallet jacks
• Moving/lifting and general cleanup
• Comply with work instructions and corporate policies including safety and material management
• Work and communicate effectively in a team environment
