Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of related experience in shipping/receiving, inventory, or warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Receive materials against PO/records, verify quantities and condition, document discrepancies, route exceptions for resolution.
• Prepare domestic and international shipments with packing, labeling, weighing, staging, and required documents.
• Record transactions in shipping, inventory, warehouse, and ERP systems accurately and timely.
• Maintain shipment, receipt, inventory, chain-of-custody, and proof-of-delivery records for audits.
• Perform cycle counts, reconciliation, and location control; investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Planning, Order Management, Production, Security, Trade Compliance, and carriers to support service requirements.
• Monitor shipment/receipt status; communicate delays or issues to stakeholders.
• Follow SOPs and safety, environmental, and import/export requirements.
• Support continuous improvement, workplace organization, and cross-training as assigned.
• Ability to operate forklift types and sizes.
