Job summary

ALTEN is seeking candidates for a Shipping/Receiving position in San Diego, CA, responsible for performing goods receipts, preparing shipments, and maintaining records. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in shipping/receiving, good communication skills, and must be physically capable of lifting up to 50lbs.

This role requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and operate a forklift. The job is 100% onsite at 5751 Pacific Center Blvd, with scheduled shifts from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm PST or 6:30 am to 3:00 pm PST.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in shipping/receiving roles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical capability to lift, push, and pull 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform goods receipts against purchase orders.
• Prepare and package goods for shipment.
• Restock supplies and deliver goods to offices.

Skills

Computer proficiency with MS Office, Excel, Outlook
