Job summary

Envision Cold is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to represent the company to our drivers, customers and staff. You will keep operations organized in a fast-paced environment, with exceptional communication skills essential to success and the overall health of the business.

Responsibilities include verifying shipping information, preparing documents, tracking shipments, and signing drivers in and out.

Qualifications

Shipping and Receiving experience required.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook and Word.
Ability to work overtime including Saturdays when needed.

Responsibilities

Verify shipping and receiving information, prepare documents, process freight bills, packing sheets, and other necessary paperwork.
Ensure outgoing orders are properly prepared for shipping, including packing, labeling, and meeting requirements.
Provide customers with tracking information and shipping updates.
Sign drivers in and out.
Direct carriers to dock doors and update systems for unloading/loading accuracy.
Record received items in the WMS or inventory system.
Communicate with carriers to improve shipping and delivery efficiency.
Provide regular reports on inventory, shipments, and receiving processes.
Organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
Perform other duties as assigned.
