Envision Cold is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to represent the company to our drivers, customers and staff. You will keep operations organized in a fast-paced environment, with exceptional communication skills essential to success and the overall health of the business.

Responsibilities include verifying shipping information, preparing documents, tracking shipments, and signing drivers in and out.

Qualifications

• Shipping and Receiving experience required.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Ability to work overtime including Saturdays when needed.

Responsabilités

• Verify shipping and receiving information, prepare documents, process freight bills, packing sheets, and other necessary paperwork.
• Ensure outgoing orders are properly prepared for shipping, including packing, labeling, and meeting requirements.
• Provide customers with tracking information and shipping updates.
• Sign drivers in and out.
• Direct carriers to dock doors and update systems for unloading/loading accuracy.
• Record received items in the WMS or inventory system.
• Communicate with carriers to improve shipping and delivery efficiency.
• Provide regular reports on inventory, shipments, and receiving processes.
• Organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

As a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator you will represent Envision Cold to our drivers, customers and staff. Able to work in a fast-paced environment, you will be the one to keep things organized and moving along as things should. Your exceptional communication skills, both spoken and written, will be critical to your success and the success of the business.

Please note, our hours of operation are typically 5:30AM - 2:00PM Monday - Friday. Based on business demands, there could be required overtime which may be during the week or include a Saturday.

What you’ll do (including, but not limited to):

• Verify shipping and receiving information, prepare documents, process freight bills, packing sheets, and other necessary paperwork.
• Ensure that all outgoing orders are accurately prepared for shipping, including packing, labeling, and ensuring they meet any specific requirements.
• Provide customers with tracking information, shipping updates, and any issues regarding deliveries.
• Sign drivers in and out.
• Direct carriers to dock doors upon arrival and update in system to ensure accuracy upon unloading/loading of goods and materials.
• Ensure that all received items are properly recorded in the warehouse management system (WMS) or inventory system.
• Communicate with carriers to establish efficiency with shipping and delivery of products.
• Provide regular reports to management regarding inventory, shipments, and receiving processes, highlighting any issues that need resolution.
• Organize and prioritize workload, working with tight deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned/needed.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Shipping and Receiving experience required.
• Outstanding organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Fluency with the English language, including high proficiency in reading, writing and speaking.
• Good attendance record and good work ethic.
• Ability to prioritize needs and reassess business demands.
• Capable of working in a very fast-paced and ever-changing day-to-day operation while being able to stay on task and multi-task as needed.
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Excel, Outlook and Word.
