Advantage Technical is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This temporary opportunity is ideal for candidates with warehouse, material handling, logistics, or customer service experience.

You will manage daily shipping and receiving activities, process domestic and international shipments, maintain ERP records, and provide excellent cross-department

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and data entry.
• Knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily shipping, receiving, and inventory accuracy activities.
• Receive incoming materials and ensure proper storage and organization.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for domestic and international shipments.
• Process shipments using systems such as UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, and DHL.
• Prepare shipping and export documentation, including Air Waybills and other required forms.
• Maintain accurate inventory and ERP system records.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively across departments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
