Job summary

Alltex Staffing & Personnel seeks a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to manage the flow of materials, products, and supplies in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role requires strong organization, communication, and accuracy to ensure shipments are processed efficiently and safely.

You will handle inbound and outbound shipments, coordinate with drivers and vendors, and maintain accurate logs and inventory records.

Qualifications

• Warehouse/shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Ability to operate material-handling equipment is a plus.
• Must follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming and outgoing shipments, materials, and supplies.
• Communicate shipment status with logistics staff, drivers, and vendors.
• Track and update records for inbound and outbound freight.
• Unload deliveries and organize materials for storage.
• Maintain logs, inventory counts, and scanning records.
• Interact professionally with drivers and vendors.
• Provide support for additional warehouse tasks as needed.
