Pro Staff is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator (Contract) in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This entry-level role supports shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment, offering a path to grow in logistics and warehouse operations.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and customer service experience is preferred. You’ll work with ERP systems, prepare shipments, and maintain accurate records while providing excellent cross-departmental service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and data entry.
• Knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily shipping, receiving, and inventory accuracy activities.
• Receive incoming materials and ensure proper storage and organization.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for domestic and international shipments.
• Process shipments using systems such as UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, and DHL.
• Prepare shipping and export documentation, including Air Waybills and other required forms.
• Maintain accurate inventory and ERP system records.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively across departments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
