Job summary

ProTrans International in El Paso, TX is seeking a regular full-time Clerical position within Ops - Facility - EL PASO. The role coordinates movement of customer's materials from suppliers through our Service Center Network, handling dispatch, data entry, and reporting.

You will prepare inbound and outbound documentation, support dock operations, and provide customer service to internal and external clients; bilingual English/Spanish is desirable in some centers.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of database software, internet software, inventory software, order processing systems, spreadsheet software and word processing software.
• High School diploma or GED; associate degree preferred but not required, or 1–2 years related experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is desired in some centers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and dispatch service requirements from local pickups through deliveries.
• Liaise between dock operations and internal/external customers.
• Track, input, and report information to external and internal customers.
• Prepare inbound and outbound documentation.
• Oversee loading activities as center varies.
• Generate reports with critical shipping information.
