ProTrans International Holdings is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Specialist in Indianapolis, IN to coordinate movement of materials from suppliers through our Service Center Network. The role requires coordinating dispatches, serving as a liaison between dock operations and customers, and handling documentation.

Typical duties include tracking data, reporting to customers, and assisting with outbound/inbound paperwork, with occasional loading oversight depending on the center.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of database software, internet software, and inventory software.
• Experience with order processing systems, spreadsheets, and word processing.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate, schedule, and dispatch service requirements from pickups to deliveries.
• Liaise between dock operations and internal/external customers.
• Track, input, and report information to customers.
• Prepare inbound and outbound documentation.
• Assist with loading activities as center requires.
