Job summary

RRDonnelley is seeking a Shipping Clerk to assist with daily shipping/receiving activities for materials, samples, and finished products. You will handle packaging, labeling, and documentation for carriers and customers.

Position runs 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with pay between $19.00 and $22.22 per hour. Previous experience and strong clerical/organizational skills are required; safety adherence is essential.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of shipping/receiving experience in manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of materials tracking and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with shipping/receiving of materials and finished products via FedEx/UPS/USPS and other carriers.
• Prepare bills of lading and attach shipping instructions; verify against documents.
• Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) to stage material for loading.
