Job Description
Essential Job Functions
Receive and log all incoming packages from various shippers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.)
Cross-reference incoming packages against Purchase Orders and Delivery requests
Deliver packages to all individual recipients on PEO campus
Close Purchase Orders and Delivery Requests
Keep the shipping and receiving dock clean and organized
Maintain accurate logs of development and campus delivery tote contents
Facilitate delivery of all interoffice mail and money pouches
Ensure pickup and delivery of all curriculum materials, special orders, and delivery requests
Utilize CCV vehicles (Toyota pickup, 12 ft box truck, and 26 ft box truck) to complete weekly inter-campus deliveries
Proven ability to drive a standard transmission 24-foot box truck
Ability to work inside box trucks with temperatures reaching in excess of 100 degrees
Ability to climb and work on ladders
Foster and maintain positive relationships with all Campus Coordinators and Operations Managers
Complete special projects upon request (e.g., campus launch and church-wide event materials)
Work with, invest in, and recruit new volunteers
Attend team meetings
Maintain all shipping and receiving processes and procedures
Provide backup coverage for other Business Operations team members
Give feedback for improving the Business Operations team and the volunteers’ experience

Experience & Working Conditions
Operate a 26-foot box truck with manual transmission
Valid AZ State Driver’s License with a clean record
Proficient with hand and light power tools (drills, screwdrivers, ratchets, dollies, pallet jacks)
Experience loading, securing, and traveling with contents onboard trucks/trailers
Start at 6 am and work flexible hours
High School diploma; some college beneficial
Lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
Work in extreme temperatures
Experience in Microsoft Excel, task and people management, volunteer leadership, project coordination, and multitasking
