Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

We invite full-time shipping & receiving professionals to join our team in Union, NJ for our 12:30 pm - 8:00 pm shift, M-F.

You will be the general, conductor, captain, and master of all products in and out of the warehouse.

As we scale our operations to over 150+ technicians in the next few years, we envision this role as a pivotal cornerstone of our warehouse foundation.

  • You can routinely lift items up to at least 50 lbs.

  • You have availability for prompt shifts starting at 12:30 pm, including the potential for overtime.

What Will You Do?

First and foremost, you will commit to delivering an exceptional warehouse experience. Always.

This role will focus on Shipping Coordination & Receiving Operations, playing a critical role in keeping our warehouse moving smoothly. Your responsibilities include:

  • Shipping: Coordinate parts shipments, address delays proactively, prepare transfers, requisitions, and truck replenishments, and arrange pickups with distributors and drivers.
  • Receiving: Receive shipments, inspect for accuracy, quality, and damages, verify quantities, match received items with purchase orders, and process receipts while resolving discrepancies with suppliers.
  • Deliveries: Dispatch warehouse drivers, maximize route efficiency, and prepare & load trucks without damage.
  • Support: Cut plywood, support inventory initiatives, and participate in other special projects.
