Job summary

Cadence, Inc. is seeking a reliable Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support warehouse operations. Responsibilities include receiving, storing, and preparing materials for shipment with attention to inventory accuracy and cross-team communication.

The role requires 3+ years in shipping/receiving, ERP experience, and proficiency with barcode scanners, label printers, weigh scales, and carrier systems. Schedule: Mon–Fri, 6am–2:30pm, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

3+ years of shipping/receiving experience.
Dive to maintain accuracy in inventory and data entry.
Experience with ERP and inventory systems.
Proficient with barcode scanners and label printers.
Familiarity with carrier systems (UPS, FedEx).

Responsibilities

Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
Prepare outgoing shipments, pull stock, pack, label, and arrange transportation.
Schedule pickups with parcel and LTL carriers.
Enter inventory transactions in ERP and maintain lot traceability.
Perform cycle counts and adjust inventory to maintain accuracy.
Communicate shipment status with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely.
Light production support and keep work areas clean and organized.
Resolve shipping/receiving issues quickly and effectively.
