Cadence, Inc. is seeking a reliable Shipping & receiving Clerk to support our warehouse operations in Sturgeon Bay, WI. The role focuses on receiving, storing, and preparing materials for shipment with emphasis on inventory accuracy, safety, and cross-team communication.

You will verify shipments against orders, prepare outgoing shipments, operate warehouse equipment, and maintain ERP records and cycle counts while coordinating with carriers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with shipping/receiving and inventory systems.
• Experience with material handling equipment and ERP systems.
• Ability to navigate carrier systems (UPS, FedEx) and shipping software.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Effective communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Prepare outgoing shipments. (pull product from stock or production, pack, label, international shipment documents, schedule transportation)
• Schedule pickups and deliveries with parcel and LTL freight carriers.
• Enter inventory transactions in ERP system, maintaining lot traceability.
• Complete cycle counts and make adjustments as necessary to maintain accurate inventory count.
• Communicate with customer, suppliers and internal teams regarding shipment status.
• Operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
• Light production support as necessary.
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Resolve shipping/receiving issues quickly and effectively.
