Job summary

Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate II to manage shipping/receiving duties, data entry, and material movement at our Mukilteo site. The role requires operating forklifts, pallet jacks, organizing shipments, cycle counts, and collaboration with purchasing, sales, and production to meet deadlines.

We value attention to detail, ability to read prints/work orders, and 2+ years in high-volume manufacturing.

Qualifications

2+ years’ related experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting.
Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
Read and interpret prints and work orders.
Attention to detail and quality control.

Responsibilities

Operate forklift, pallet jack, bander and shrink wrap to move shipments.
Communicate with purchasing on supplies for orders.
Run and perform cycle counts; enter information into customer portals.
Collaborate with Material Handlers to ensure shipments are packaged and ready.
Assist with process improvement and training as needed.
Unload trucks for receiving and operate local delivery box trucks.
Identify urgent material needs and coordinate with departments to meet deadlines.
