Qualifications

• 2+ years shipping/receiving experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management.
• Familiar with barcode scanners, weigh scales, label printers, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Prepare outgoing shipments by pulling stock, packing, labeling, and scheduling transport.
• Schedule pickups and deliveries with parcel and LTL freight carriers.
• Enter inventory transactions in ERP and maintain lot traceability.
• Perform cycle counts and adjust as needed for accurate inventory.
• Communicate shipment status with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
• Provide light production support as needed.
• Keep work areas clean, safe and organized.
• Resolve shipping/receiving issues quickly and effectively.
