Job summary

Lithia & Driveway is seeking an entry-level Lot Attendant for our Bellevue, WA location. This onsite role supports vehicle presentation, delivery logistics, and basic maintenance tasks while delivering excellent customer experiences.

You will work under the Sales Manager and gain opportunities to advance as you expand your skills in automotive operations. Ideal candidates have customer-service focus, reliability, and the ability to handle vehicles with care.

Qualifications

• 1+ year dealership experience preferred or related experience in driving, customer service, or retail.
• Energetic, customer-service oriented.
• Able to navigate technology with ease.
• Passionate about the Subaru brand and auto industry as a career.
• Able to operate vehicles with manual and automatic transmissions.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Move and work with vehicles to maintain display and support vehicle sales activities.
• Deliver vehicles to sites and locations.
• Monitor tire pressure; add air and fuel as needed.
• Identify general vehicle repairs and building maintenance and notify management.
• Prepare sold vehicles for delivery.
• Prioritize prep for delivery or wash based on appearance.
• Assist the shuttle driver.

Dealership: L0437 Michael's Subaru of Bellevue Michael's Subaru of Bellevue Lot Attendant Pay: Starting at $18.50 per hour Schedule: Friday-Tuesday. Sun 10am -6pm Mon 12pm-7pm Tue 9am -5pm Fri 12pm-7pm Sat 12pm -7pm This position is onsite in Bellevue WA and reports to the Sales Manager.

What You'll Do

What You'll Bring

• 1+ year of previous dealership experience is ideal but not required. We will consider candidates with relative experience including driving, customer service, or retail
• Have an energetic personality and be customer service friendly
• Be able to navigate technology with ease
• Be passionate about the Subaru brand and desire to be in the auto industry as a career path
• Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The hourly pay/earning range for this position is $18.50-$20.00. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
