Lithia & Driveway family Subaru of Gainesville is seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Clerk for our Parts Department in Gainesville, FL. This role handles receiving, stocking, organizing parts, and supports shipping, returns, and inventory counts to keep the department running smoothly.

We value detail, reliability, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; prior shipping/receiving or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 18 years or older.
• Experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse is a plus but not required.
• Drug-free workplace compliance per policy.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, and organize incoming automotive parts
• Maintain organized shelves, bins, and parts storage areas
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and processing parts returns
• Track, organize, and maintain warranty parts
• Help maintain accurate parts inventory and assist with inventory counts
• Pull and stage parts as needed for other Parts Department employees
• Assist with general Parts Department organization and clean-up
• Notify the Parts Manager of damaged parts, shortages, or inventory discrepancies
• Provide general assistance to Parts Advisors and other Parts Department team members
• Perform other duties as assigned

Subaru of Gainesville | Gainesville, FL Subaru of Gainesville is looking for a dependable and organized Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support our Parts Department. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying busy, keeping things organized, and working hands-on as part of a team. This position pays $15.00 per hour and offers up to 40 hours per week.

What You’ll Do

• Receive, stock, and organize incoming automotive parts
• Maintain organized shelves, bins, and parts storage areas
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and processing parts returns
• Track, organize, and maintain warranty parts
• Help maintain accurate parts inventory and assist with inventory counts
• Pull and stage parts as needed for other Parts Department employees
• Assist with general Parts Department organization and clean-up
• Notify the Parts Manager of damaged parts, shortages, or inventory discrepancies
• Provide general assistance to Parts Advisors and other Parts Department team members
• Perform other duties as assigned
