Job summary

Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Twin Falls is hiring Sales Representatives. Ideal candidates will help customers select vehicles, present and sell all makes/models, and explain feature benefits.

We offer a commission-based pay plan with estimated earnings of $50k - $100k annually. Schedule requires open availability across days and shifts; department hours are Mon-Sat 8:30 am - 7:00 pm. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO and more.

Qualifications

• 1 year of automotive sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Working knowledge of computers.
• Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select the vehicle which best suits their needs.
• Present and sell all makes and models of new and used vehicles.
• Explain feature benefits.
• Prospect for new business.
• Maintain regular follow up current clients.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
