Job summary

Valence in Everett, WA is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate for 2nd shift (2pm-10:30pm) and 4th shift (Fri-Sun 6:00am-6:00pm). You will receive on-the-job training with no experience required and support in unloading materials, inspecting shipments, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts and pallet jacks, following safety standards, and performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year forklift experience preferred (sit-down forklift).
• On-the-job training provided; no prior experience required.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

• Receives and unloads incoming materials and compares information on packing slip with purchase order to verify accuracy of shipment; may process return shipments from customers.
• Sorts, counts, packages, labels, insures, unpacks, and/or logs inventory which is shipped or received.
• Inspects shipments for damages or defects; records discrepancies or damages and notifies supervisor and/or purchasing personnel.
• May operate dolly, pallet jack, and/or forklift in loading and unloading supplies and equipment
• Follows established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety, environmental, and/or infection control standards.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
