Job summary

Talentify is seeking a dependable warehouse associate in Everett, WA for full-time, 2nd shift (2pm-10:30pm) and a 4th shift (Fri-Sun 6am-6pm). You will unload and inspect inbound shipments, log inventory, and prepare orders with attention to accuracy and safety.

Requires high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year forklift experience. On-the-job training provided; benefits include health, 401k, PTO, and holidays. This role is on-site in a manufacturing environment with PPE provided.

Qualifications

• Education: GED or equivalent required.
• Forklift experience (sit-down preferred) — 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound materials and verify against packing slips and orders.
• Sort, count, package, label and log inventory as shipped or received.
• Inspect shipments for damages and notify supervisor of discrepancies.
• Operate dolly, pallet jack or forklift as needed in loading/unloading.
• Follow safety, QA, and PPE procedures in shop conditions.

Job Overview:

Reports to: Department Supervisor

Location: Everett, WA

Type: Full-Time

Schedule: 2nd Shift (Monday - Friday; 2pm- 10:30pm), 4th shift (Friday - Sun 6:00am-6:00pm)

Essential Functions Statement(s)

• Receives and unloads incoming materials and compares information on packing slip with purchase order to verify accuracy of shipment; may process return shipments from customers.
• Sorts, counts, packages, labels, insures, unpacks, and/or logs inventory which is shipped or received.
• Inspects shipments for damages or defects; records discrepancies or damages and notifies supervisor and/or purchasing personnel.
• May operate dolly, pallet jack, and/or forklift in loading and unloading supplies and equipment
• Follows established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety, environmental, and/or infection control standards.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
