Responsibilities

• Provides general assistance to operations teams (Inventory, Customer Service, Purchasing/Order).
• Completes data entry of receiving and shipping details.
• Handles customer and vendor returns and service exchanges.
• Compiles shipping documentation for freight forwarders and customers.
• Coordinates outbound shipments.
• Schedules outbound loads and enters them into the system.
• Notifies sales/production of back-orders and delays with management and other departments.
• Revises schedules due to changes or interruptions in production or design, in coordination with management.

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: SHIPPING AND RECEIVING CLERK IN AURORA, IL

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team in Aurora, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for providing general assistance to operations teams, completing data entry of receiving and shipping details, and more listed below. The ideal candidate will possess experience as a shipping clerk, SAP experience, World Ship experience, strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and punctuality.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $20/hour
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• 8am-4:30pm
• Located in Aurora, Illinois

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides general assistance to operations teams (including Inventory, Customer Service, Purchasing/Order)
• Completes data entry of receiving and shipping details
• Handles customer and vendor returns and service exchanges
• Compiles shipping documentation needed for freight forwarders and for customers
• Coordinates outbound shipments
• Schedules outbound loads and enters them into the system
• Works with the purchasing team to notify the sales/production department of back-orders and shipment delays
• Revises schedules when required due to design changes, labor or material shortages, backlogs, or other interruptions, collaborating with management, sales, production, or engineering
• Other duties as assigned by management
