HIRING IMMEDIATELY: CLERICAL ASSISTANT IN ROLLING MEADOWS, IL

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Clerical Assistant to join our client in Rolling Meadows, IL. This individual will be responsible for supporting administrative and office support with a focus on warehouse operations and products. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and accurate flow of information and materials.

Pay, Schedule, Location

• Ranging from $20/hour
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• 8 am – 5:00pm
• Location in Rolling Meadows, IL

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clerical support for daily warehouse activities
• Work with Excel files to track, manage, and analyze data related to products and inventory
• Process and manage EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) data to support order fulfillment and supply chain processes
• Print and organize product labels to ensure accurate identification of goods
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks

Requirements and Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English
• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus, but not required
