Job summary

Precision Staffing is currently hiring Shipping & Receiving Associates for a warehouse facility located in Chicago, IL. This position is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping materials.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be dependable and have excellent attendance.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Valid driver's license in good standing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and shipments.
• Pick, pack, stage, and ship products accurately.
• Maintain accurate inventory through counts, tracking, and material transfers.
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
• Organize warehouse materials and maintain a clean work area.
• Operate warehouse equipment while following all safety guidelines.
• Follow established procedures for quality and inventory control.
• Support warehouse leadership with daily operational needs.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
