Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a reliable Shipping & Receiving Associate to support daily warehouse operations in Winsted, CT. This full-time role offers regular daytime hours and a stable hourly wage. Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of warehouse experience, basic computer skills including ERP and shipping

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience.
• Basic computer skills, including ERP and shipping software.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse duties.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Coordinate shipments with UPS, FedEx, LTL, and freight carriers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Enter shipping and receiving data into ERP/inventory systems.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Process returns and maintain shipping documentation.
• Keep warehouse, shipping, and receiving areas clean and organized.

Location: Winsted
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time
