Job summary

Simpson Race Products, part of Holley Performance Brands, is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate in New Braunfels, TX. You will receive, unload, and document shipments and process customer orders in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

Ideal candidates have experience in shipping/receiving or warehousing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Overtime and training opportunities are available through the Safety & Racing team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior shipping/receiving/warehousing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and document incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, label, stage, and ship customer orders.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Verify products, quantities, shipping documents, and order information for accuracy.
• Operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment safely.
• Maintain accurate inventory locations and organize merchandise.

Simpson Race Products, part of Holley Performance Brands, is looking for a dependable, safety-minded Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our Safety & Racing team in New Braunfels.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active and working in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, distribution, inventory, or order fulfillment- especially in a high-volume operation such as Amazon, FedEx, UPS, DHL, Walmart, or a similar facility- are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

• Receive, unload, inspect, and document incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, label, stage, and ship customer orders.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Verify products, quantities, shipping documents, and order information for accuracy.
• Use handheld scanners, shipping software, and inventory-management systems.
• Organize merchandise and maintain accurate inventory locations.
• Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, bills of lading, and other required documentation.
• Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect products.
• Operate pallet jacks, carts, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work closely with team members to meet daily shipping, receiving, and customer-service goals.
• Follow all company procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

What Will Help You Succeed

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, fulfillment, distribution, inventory, or logistics is preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume fulfillment environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with handheld scanners, computers, shipping software, or inventory systems is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn new equipment, systems, and processes.
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus but is not required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Work Environment and Schedule

• Overtime Opportunities: Your shift may be extended or reduced based on customer demand. Any schedule changes will be communicated during your shift.
• Climate-Controlled Facility: Temperatures are generally maintained between 60°F and 90°F in most work areas.
• Relaxed Dress Code: Wear comfortable clothing suitable for warehouse work. Closed-toe shoes are required.
• This position involves working in an active, fast-paced shipping and warehouse environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements.
• Ability to safely use warehouse equipment and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work in areas where temperatures may vary.
