Job summary

Simpson Race Products, part of Holley Performance Brands, is seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our Safety & Racing team in New Braunfels, TX. You will receive, unload, inspect, and ship orders in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have warehousing experience, familiarity with scanners and shipping software, and a commitment to safety and accuracy. This role offers competitive hourly pay, OT opportunities, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, fulfillment, or logistics preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume fulfillment environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with handheld scanners, computers, shipping software, or inventory systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Dependable attendance and ability to arrive on time for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and document incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, label, stage, and ship customer orders.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Verify products, quantities, shipping documents, and order information for accuracy.
• Use handheld scanners, shipping software, and inventory-management systems.
• Organize merchandise and maintain accurate inventory locations.
• Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, bills of lading, and other required documentation.
• Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect products.
• Operate pallet jacks, carts, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work closely with team members to meet daily shipping, receiving, and customer-service goals.
• Follow all company procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You'll Do

What Will Help You Succeed

Work Environment and Schedule

• Overtime Opportunities: Your shift may be extended or reduced based on customer demand. Any schedule changes will be communicated during your shift.
• Climate-Controlled Facility: Temperatures are generally maintained between 60°F and 90°F in most work areas.
• Relaxed Dress Code: Wear comfortable clothing suitable for warehouse work. Closed-toe shoes are required.
• This position involves working in an active, fast-paced shipping and warehouse environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements.
• Ability to safely use warehouse equipment and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work in areas where temperatures may vary.
