Job summary

Holley Performance Brands in Bowling Green, KY (1st Shift) seeks an Enthusiasts 1st Shift Warehouse Receiving Supervisor to lead a receiving team, ensure safety, accuracy, and SOP compliance, and improve warehouse efficiency. You will supervise, train, and motivate staff while coordinating with cross-functional partners to meet deadlines.

The role requires 3+ years in warehouse operations (2+ in supervision), MS Office and WMS proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work a 2nd

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• 3+ years in warehouse or receiving operations; 2+ years in supervision.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong knowledge of WMS and inventory software.
• Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen familiarity.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Able to lift up to 40lbs and operate forklifts/pallet jacks.
• Able to work 2nd shift, including weekends if needed.
