Holley Performance Brands in Bowling Green, KY, is seeking an Enthusiasts 2nd Shift Warehouse Receiving Supervisor to lead a team and ensure goods are received accurately, inspected for quality, and stored per procedures. This full-time role drives safety, data entry accuracy, and on-time shipments in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate workloads, partner with stakeholders, and use data to improve processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse or receiving operations, with 2+ years in supervisory role.
• Proficient experience with MS Office suite in a professional environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
• Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen techniques.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs and operate forklift/pallet jacks.
• Ability to work 2nd shift, including weekends if needed.

• Allocate workloads and resources to meet receiving deadlines and optimize productivity.
• Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership.
• Experienced using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions and process improvement.
• Proven ability to manage, motivate, and train a team of employees.
• Strong skills in planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks with competing deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to give both positive and constructive feedback and hold teams accountable to company goals and processes.
• Ability to create tools and strategies for tracking performance.
