Job summary

MW Components, Inc. is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate I to manage daily shipping, packing, and purchase order processing. You will work under the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure timely deliveries and accurate documentation in an automated ERP/MRP environment.

The role requires 1–3 years in warehouse manufacturing, experience with UPS/FedEx shipping software, and a high school diploma or GED. Candidates should be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in warehouse/manufacturing in an automated ERP environment.
• Experience with UPS and FedEx shipping software.
• High School Diploma / GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily shipping activities and ensure accurate, complete shipments.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming rework orders from suppliers and customers.
• Use ERP to verify shipments and process packing slips.
• Assist with counts, weights, or measures for outgoing shipments.
• Follow quality standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Generate barcodes for scanning warehouse locations.
