Job summary
Parts Town is seeking an Inbound Manager (Manager, OEM Parts Wrangler) at our Litchfield Park fulfillment center to drive inbound operations, plan staffing, and lead process improvements. You will coach a team, manage schedules, and coordinate with operations leadership to optimize flow and safety.
Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in distribution center operations, strong communication, MS Excel and ERP familiarity (HighJump, SAP).
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of operational management experience, preferably in a Distribution Center.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written) and able to communicate with all team levels.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills; familiarity with ERP/WMS systems.
Responsibilities
- Improve team member skills through cross-training and schedule building.
- Coach and develop DC supervisors; drive safety, teamwork, productivity and quality initiatives.
- Lead process improvement efforts and collaborate on solutions with VP Operations and DC leadership.
- Ensure incoming product is received quickly and accurately into inventory.
- Manage staffing levels and overtime; build daily staffing plans based on volume.
