Responsibilities

• Lead daily fulfillment, kitting, and shipping operations to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Develop and communicate daily operating plans, staffing requirements, and performance expectations.
• Monitor safety, quality, productivity, service, and cost, taking action when needed.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels and resource allocation based on workload.
• Coach and develop supervisors, leads, and operational staff.
• Provide ongoing feedback and training to strengthen performance.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements.
