Job summary
Formlabs is seeking a Fulfillment Coordinator to ensure printers leave the dock on time and reach customers seamlessly. You will monitor regional order flows, fix order sync errors between Shopify, NetSuite and our 3PL, and coordinate with FedEx, UPS and DHL to meet shipping SLAs.
Work with warehouse and Customer Success to update on high-priority orders, investigate discrepancies, and ensure correct packing, labeling and documentation for domestic and international shipments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field, or equivalent operational experience.
- Understanding of order-to-cash cycles and basic warehouse operations.
- Experience with receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication with internal teams and external 3PL partners.
- Bonus: Excel proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Monitor regional order flows and ensure orders sync between Shopify, NetSuite, and 3PL warehouse systems.
- Resolve order exceptions to prevent delays and customer friction.
- Coordinate daily carrier pickups with FedEx, UPS and DHL to ensure timely shipments.
- Assist in weekly cycle counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Provide real-time updates on high-priority orders with Customer Success teams.
- Audit outbound packaging and documentation for regional compliance.
