Responsibilities

• Read and analyze work orders, production schedules, and other records to determine production requirements and evaluate outputs.

• Demonstrate equipment operations and safety procedures to new employees or assign training.
• Observe work and ensure operators conform to production standards.
• Motivate and manage a large group of employees.
• Interpret specifications, job orders, and company policies for workers.
