Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse supervision experience including knowledge of receiving, shipping, product fulfillment and inventory control.
• Experience with standard warehousing procedures and practices.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan production activities with Planning Manager and Account Management to align schedules.
• Determine appropriate production methods and labor levels to meet service deliverables.
• Review master production schedule and work orders, prioritizing to maximize availability.
• Supervise fulfillment and production personnel for productivity, efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure lines are set up and materials are ready for each shift start.
• Explain duties to employees and train them as needed.
• Maintain safety and quality standards and enforce company policies.
• Collaborate with HR on employee development, safety and communications.
• Maintain regular attendance and a respectful work environment.
• Perform other duties as required.
