Qualifications

• 3–5 years related work experience or equivalent supervisor experience.
• Experience in plastic injection molding, extrusion, rubber molding, or related polymers would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform timely quarterly and annual reviews for all team members.
• Lead, train, coach and motivate team members to align with production needs and goals.
• Plan production jobs within the department looking at orders and delivery times to ensure on time delivery.
• Monitor, measure and report on production performance and accurate production reports.
• Ensure quality assurance and inspection of all materials and finished goods.
• Troubleshoot equipment for repair and maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Help to establish and communicate expectations on production, quality and scrap for operators.
• Ensure a safe working environment is maintained and that safe practices are followed at all times.
