Job summary

Nourison Home is seeking a Shipping Clerk to support order processing and logistics in our Atlanta facility. You will review orders, schedule shipments, and coordinate transportation to meet customers' delivery dates.

Responsibilities include preparing Bills of Lading, processing proofs of delivery, maintaining accurate pickup logs, and logging container movements. Strong English skills and MS Office experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School/GED preferred.
• Read, write, and comprehend English.
• Computer experience required.
• AS400, PC, and basic office equipment experience required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic phone skills required.

Responsibilities

• Review all new and existing orders daily to ensure ship dates are met.
• Arrange transportation according to routing guides and requests.
• Maintain neatly and accurately all customer records of pickup and logs for containers and waste.
• Release and print customer Bills of Lading; ensure customer requirements are satisfied.
• Fulfill requests for Proofs of Delivery and logging of related documents.
