• Experience in warehouse, shipping, or logistics preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret shipping documents and orders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer orders for shipment.
• Verify products, quantities, and packaging against documents.
• Generate BOLs, packing slips, labels, and docs.
• Schedule freight pickups and coordinate carriers.
• Load/unload shipments using warehouse equipment as needed.
• Maintain shipping records in WMS/ERP and provide status updates.
• Identify and resolve shipping discrepancies and delivery issues.
• Ensure safety, accuracy, and compliance with regulations.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory control when required.
