Job summary

Qualifications

• AS400, PC, and basic office equipment experience required.
• Must have knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Review all new and existing orders daily to ensure ship dates meet customers' purchase orders.
• Arrange transportation of customer orders per routing guides and/or request.
• Maintain neatly and accurately all customer records of pickup.
• Coordinate Ocean Container Companies for delivery and pickup of containers and logging all waste containers.
• Release and print customer Bills of Lading and ensure customer requirements are satisfied.
• Fulfill requests for Proofs of Delivery including copies of documents.
