Responsibilities

Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on schedule.
Troubleshoot shipping issues and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Train and onboard new team members on shipping processes, procedures, and systems.
Communicate effectively with other departments, including Inventory, Customer Service, and Operations, to support business needs.
Assist with hands-on shipping duties and warehouse activities as needed.
